What key lessons did you learn transitioning to the CEO role, and how have you applied them in your current position?
During my transition to the CEO role, I gained valuable insights that have shaped my approach. One significant lesson was recognising the significance of operations and establishing a strong core team. In the past, I believed that I could personally handle certain responsibilities, but as a CEO, I understood the importance of surrounding myself with capable individuals. This realisation led me to prioritise setting goals, devising strategies, and effectively delegating tasks. Additionally, I learned that a CEO’s agenda should encompass all aspects of the organisation, valuing every department and function equally for overall success. Embracing the art of letting go and empowering others to assume responsibilities proved to be a pivotal lesson that enhanced the organisation’s functionality.

As the CEO of Interarch, what is your biggest fear? How do you ensure that your team remains engaged and motivated?
Ensuring the continuous engagement and motivation of every team member is a significant concern as the CEO of Interarch. This approach fosters a sense of camaraderie and ensures that team members feel valued and encouraged in their endeavours.
What is your approach to decision-making, and what factors do you consider ensuring optimal outcomes for the organisation?
I approach decision-making with a comprehensive methodology. I begin by thoroughly analysing the available data and seeking input from team members and subject matter experts. By fostering open discussions and embracing diverse perspectives, I ensure that all aspects of a decision are carefully considered. While data is essential, I also recognise the value of intuition and experience in the decision-making process. Striking the right timing is crucial, as I aim to make timely decisions without rushing. Additionally, I carefully evaluate the longterm impact of each decision on the company, its employees, stakeholders, and society. This holistic approach enables me to make well-informed decisions that align with our organisation’s goals.
What is your vision for Interarch, and how do you plan to lead the organisation towards its realisation?
