What is Earthood's focus as a purpose brand, and how do you define the concept of being a purpose brand?
Earthood embraces being a purposeful brand through a holistic approach. Sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical practises are integrated into all aspects of its operations. This includes minimising environmental impact, supporting communities, promoting fair trade, and ensuring transparency. Earthood goes beyond its services, actively engaging in initiatives and partnerships that contribute to the well-being of the planet and its inhabitants. It supports environmental causes, advocates for sustainability, and raises awareness about pressing issues. What is your role in determining the company's advanced technology strategy and marketing and branding?
At Earthood, teamwork and collaboration are central to our approach. In my role, I oversee critical areas such as marketing, branding, sales, business development, client interaction, organic growth, team management, and company expansion. We work collectively to identify leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into loyal customers. By building strong relationships, we ensure ongoing satisfaction and explore further collaboration. Collaborating with the marketing team, we execute impactful campaigns that enhance brand recognition. Client interaction and relationship management are team efforts, where we understand needs and provide tailored solutions. We foster organic growth and company expansion by identifying trends and exploring new opportunities. Our collective efforts enable us to adapt and seize growth opportunities.
Do you think personalisation and customer-centricity are going to become increasingly relevant in the coming year? How so?
Certainly! In the coming year, personalisation and customer-centricity are expected to gain even more relevance. As customer expectations continue to evolve, businesses need to provide tailored experiences and cater to individual preferences. Utilising customer data and advanced analytics, companies can gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences, enabling them to offer targeted and relevant experiences. This not only creates a competitive advantage but also fosters customer loyalty and advocacy. Advancements in technology, such as AI and automation, facilitate the scaling of personalisation efforts. Prioritising personalisation and customer-centricity helps businesses meet customer needs, enhance engagement, and drive long-term success.
Can you share your upcoming plans and your approach to achieving them?
Expanding our reach into new geographies, specifically the Americas. Through numerous interactions with clients in this region, we have gained valuable insights into their unique needs and the challenges they currently face. Our goal is to be more than just service providers; we strive to be trusted partners who truly understand the challenges our clients face. By building teams in close proximity to their locations, we aim to provide effective solutions from day one, leveraging our understanding of their needs and challenges to build strong partnerships and deliver meaningful results.
How do you balance your hobbies with staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends?
Outside of work, I have a keen interest in various hobbies that allow me to unwind and explore my passions. I enjoy staying active by engaging in outdoor activities such as cycling, and playing cricket (of course, being an Indian). These provide a refreshing break from the digital world on the weekends and allow me to rejuvenate both physically and mentally. As for managing leisure time to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends, I leverage online resources, industry forums, and social media platforms to stay connected and updated. Attending conferences, webinars, and networking events is also a regular part of my schedule to gain firsthand knowledge and connect with experts in the field.
