One bold decision I made that significantly impacted Judge India Solutions’ global delivery strategy was adopting a company-wide hybrid work model during the COVID-19 pandemic. This forward-thinking approach allowed us to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances while retaining and attracting top talent from a broader talent pool, resulting in a remarkable 65% increase in headcount. Additionally, I pushed to expand our operations by opening new offices in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. This strategic move not only solidified our presence as a global delivery team but also enabled us to serve clients more effectively and enhance our market reach. By fostering stronger relationships with local talent, we positioned ourselves for greater success. Overall, these decisions reflect my commitment to innovation and adaptability, which are essential in today’s competitive business landscape. Embracing hybrid work and expanding our global footprint has empowered Judge India Solutions to navigate challenges successfully while continuing to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

How do you anticipate and adapt to evolving customer needs?

My commitment to continuous learning is crucial in anticipating and adapting to evolving customer needs. By staying informed about the latest trends in technology and human psychology, I can identify emerging preferences before they are explicitly expressed. I actively listen to customer experiences and suggestions, combining this feedback with my insights to develop innovative solutions that address their evolving needs. This proactive approach allows me to stay ahead of market changes, ensuring that Judge India Solutions remains relevant and competitive. Through my public speaking and writing, particularly in my book ‘The 3I Effect,’ I emphasise the importance of three core principles: Intent, Intelligence, and Integrity. Drawing from my personal and professional experiences, I highlight how these elements contribute to a happy and fulfilling life. The central message of my book serves as a guide for readers to navigate their journeys with purpose and authenticity. In my day-to-day leadership, I translate these insights by fostering a culture that values intentionality, encourages critical thinking, and upholds ethical standards. At Judge India Solutions, we have always strived to exceed expectations, but the COVID-19 pandemic presented unexpected challenges that required us to adapt quickly. As we navigated the disruptions to our economy and traditional working models, I recognised the critical need for business continuity. Leading my teams, we swiftly transitioned to hybrid work models to ensure operational effectiveness. During a time when many organisations faced high turnover due to ‘The Great Resignation,’ we seized the opportunity to foster a supportive and inclusive culture. This approach not only retained talent but also attracted new employees. As a result, we achieved an impressive 65% growth in headcount, demonstrating that challenges can serve as catalysts for growth. By nurturing an environment that promotes personal and professional development, we turned a crisis into an opportunity, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and resilience while preparing our workforce for the future.

I emphasise the importance of considering the broader context and recognising the limitations of the data.
