Over the past more than two decades, I’ve seen many CIOs and digital officers grapple with misalignment and prioritisation issues. Often, organisations struggle to align tech initiatives with strategic goals, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities. Another challenge is ensuring that innovation aligns with ROI objectives and assessing its impact on business outcomes and customer satisfaction. To address these challenges, I focus on aligning tech initiatives with organisational goals and measuring innovation’s impact. Effective communication with stakeholders and efficient resource management are crucial for balancing innovation with practical execution.
