What sets your company apart from your previous organisation?
Our focus on exceptional service differentiates us. Business isn’t about one-time sales but building lasting relationships. rompt responses, timely resolutions, and personalised client interactions. From the start, we established a process to deliver timely service and the best solutions, helping us build trust and stand out in the industry.
What challenges did you face during your entrepreneurial journey?
The early years were filled with significant challenges, including a major setback where we lost D22 lakhs—our entire savings. Survival became a daily struggle, and recovery seemed daunting. It took six years to bounce back, but those tough times taught us invaluable lessons. In 2016, a breakthrough came when an overseas client gave us the opportunity to develop a customised ERP solution. This project marked a turning point, leading to expansion across India and into several other countries
How has your company adopted AI, blockchain, and IoT in your solutions?
As AI, blockchain, and IoT gained prominence, we quickly integrated these technologies into our solutions. In the sugar industry, we automated manual processes using IoT and AI to improve precision, such as measuring the quality of sugarcane. In mining, we implemented automation systems for clients like the PSU clients. We also developed AI- and ML-based mobile apps for better decision-making. This year, we partnered with a Bangalore-based provider to integrate satellite technology, ensuring continuous innovation.
How do you manage cultural and regulatory challenges across geographies?
We manage cultural and regulatory challenges by collaborating with third parties for international projects, ensuring efficient navigation of local regulations. We invest time in understanding regional nuances to ensure compliance and build strong client relationships. Our solutions are customised for each market, enhancing their relevance and effectiveness in meeting specific needs.
What are your company’s goals for the next few years?
We’re continuously evolving to meet the changing needs of our clients. Our focus remains on integrating advanced technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain into our solutions. Geographically, we aim to expand our presence in more countries while strengthening our foothold in India. As our team grows, we’ll continue to foster a culture of innovation and client-centricity. The goal is to become a trusted partner for businesses across industries, helping them achieve their objectives through tailored, technology-driven solutions.
How do you ensure alignment among co-founders with different thought processes?
We established clear roles and responsibilities early on, allowing each co-founder to focus on specific aspects of the business. This division minimised interference and fostered ownership. We also implemented a follow-up process to ensure we’re on track and address any deviations. While occasional disagreements occur, they are rare and manageable, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the organisation’s success.
What strategies did you use to overcome financial challenges?
After the initial setback, we took a cautious approach, focusing on small, calculated steps. We targeted smaller projects, like onboarding 1,000 retail small businesses, which provided steady revenue. This helped stabilise our finances and build trust. We then used this success to approach larger industries, gradually gaining bigger clients. Over time, we built a solid reputation for reliability and quality, paving the way for sustainable growth. Today, we have 38 employees at our headquarters and 17 on-site across India.
What leadership qualities have contributed to your entrepreneurial success?
Clear communication and transparency are key to my leadership success, ensuring alignment with my team and co-founders. Trust is also vital—building reliable relationships with employees and clients fosters collaboration. I prioritise feedback, both from clients and team members, to continuously improve. Listening is essential to understanding and addressing concerns effectively. Lastly, staying calm under pressure has been crucial in navigating challenging situations, helping me make better decisions during tough times and maintain a steady course for the company’s growth.
What advice would you offer aspiring entrepreneurs?
My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs: be clear about your goals and communicate effectively. Build trust with clients, employees, and co-founders. Stay adaptable and continuously learn as the business landscape evolves. Lastly, don’t be afraid to start small—consistent, incremental progress often leads to long-term success.
How do you define success personally and professionally?
I define success as making a meaningful impact. Professionally, it’s about delivering value to clients and creating opportunities for my team. Personally, it’s about staying true to my principles and maintaining balance in life. Success is a journey, with every milestone representing growth, and there’s always room for improvement.
