On Thursday, India’s first debt relief platform, Freed, announced the inclusion of Romy Walia as Chief Marketing Officer. He will be responsible for creating an inclusive marketing and implementation strategy, counting consumer, trade and digital marketing.
Romy is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience of more than two decades of serving organisations across three continents. He has been exceptional in leading overall marketing and brand management of corporations. As a marketing leader, Romy has a proven record of delivering value to the business with strategic modifications in high-end platforms related to marketing and advertising technologies.

A graduate of computer applications from Bangalore University, Romy Walia has done specialisation in applied technology in business and commerce. Also, he has done a Master in Business Administration in Business Strategy and Deployment from United Kingdom’s Strathclyde Business School. Romy will operate from Gurugram, working closely with the team of top executives.
