Recognising the importance of relaxation in our fast-paced world, I prioritise activities like reading, yoga, and solitary walks to destress and rejuvenate. I firmly believe that learning manifests in various forms— from reading and engaging in activities to attentive listening and keen observation. One transformative learning experience occurred during a team-building training session where I was challenged to jump off a 30-foot-high cliff into a river. Confronted by fear and uncertainty, I asked pertinent questions, ensuring my safety. Taking that leap, I experienced an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, teaching me the power of decisive action in the face of apprehension. This experience reinforced the lesson that overcoming obstacles is possible with knowledge, preparation, and the courage to take that final step forward.
