This decision marked the start of a transformative journey through the real estate sector, where his dedication and hard work paid off across subsequent roles at Square Yards and Credvest. Today, as the Vice President at Brad Realty, Amitesh’s leadership shines through his ability to navigate complex challenges and drive success.
One of his most significant achievements is the positive impact he has had on his team and clients, as well as the accolades he has received from various real estate organizations. Speaking with TradeFlock, Amitesh shares more about his journey and strategy.

What challenging real estate projects have you managed, and how did you handle them?

One of the most challenging projects I managed was during the second wave of COVID-19, shortly after joining Brad Realty. The pandemic presented significant obstacles, but we focused on maintaining the team’s morale and well-being. By prioritising mental and psychological support, I ensured the team stayed motivated and performed effectively despite the difficult circumstances.

Recent regulatory changes in India’s real estate sector are enhancing transparency and adopting a customer-centric approach, which is improving trust among investors, developers, and aggregators.

How would you describe your leadership style and its impact on the culture at Brad Realty?

My leadership style is adaptable and collaborative. I prioritise creating a culture where every team member feels valued and heard, adjusting my approach based on the specific needs and circumstances. I follow the ABCDEF principle: appreciation, a great work culture, compensation, development plans, and employee feedback. Since joining Brad Realty, I’ve led a team of nine, which has grown significantly, with over 100 new team members joining as a result of our positive work environment and effective leadership.

How will recent regulatory changes impact the real estate sector, and how are you preparing for them?

Recent regulatory changes in India’s real estate sector are enhancing transparency and adopting a customer-centric approach, which is improving trust among investors, developers, and aggregators. These regulations streamline processes from land acquisition to project completion, fostering a more efficient and trustworthy industry. In response, I am focusing on gaining expertise in these new regulations and adapting strategies accordingly. Additionally, ongoing reforms are crucial for attracting foreign direct investment, and I believe further changes are needed to fully realise this potential.

What personal strengths have been most valuable in your real estate leadership role?

In real estate, my determination, clear understanding of tasks, and focus have been keys to my success. Making timely and smart decisions has also played a big role in navigating the industry’s challenges and achieving results.

How will Brad Realty contribute to sustainable development in real estate, and what’s your role?

Brad Realty is committed to contributing to the sustainable development of India’s real estate sector through its comprehensive approach. Beyond facilitating favourable deals for investors, we offer ongoing support with post-sale services, ensuring investors are assisted until their units are fully turned over. Our efforts not only generate revenue but also inspire societal progress. By enhancing property appeal and improving clients’ lifestyles, we help reduce stress for homeowners and landlords, contributing positively to their emotional well-being.
