Mark assumed the role of CCO for Cargo International at IndiGo in March 2023, signalling a new chapter in his extensive career. Leveraging IndiGo’s extensive network and fleet capabilities, Mark is dedicated to driving innovation and delivering exceptional cargo services to customers, leading to significant growth and expansion for IndiGo’s Cargo International division.

Mark’s tenure at Cathay Pacific Airways, a renowned global airline, played a pivotal role in shaping his career trajectory. Over his 25-year tenure, Mark held various management roles, showcasing his versatility and adaptability. As the Regional General Manager for South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, Mark oversaw commercial operations across a diverse and complex region, driving revenue growth and market expansion. His strategic leadership and keen business acumen positioned Cathay Pacific as a dominant player in the region’s aviation market.

In addition to his regional role, Mark spearheaded the airline’s cargo division, leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimise revenue streams, and capitalise on emerging market opportunities. His tenure as General Manager of Cargo Sales & Marketing underscored his deep understanding of air freight logistics and his ability to drive innovation in a highly competitive market environment.

Continuing his leadership journey, Mark assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer at CMA CGM Air Cargo, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group. In this capacity, Mark played a pivotal role in establishing CMA CGM Air Cargo as a formidable player in the air freight industry. Leveraging his extensive experience and industry insights, Mark developed and executed strategic initiatives to drive growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Mark has been recognized for his exceptional leadership and contributions to the aviation industry.
