Introduction
Leveraging her two decades of experience as an English and History teacher, Dr. Seema V Nair is bringing all the positive differences that align the three strong pillars of the education system – students, teachers, and parents. Having worked as a middle school and high school teacher, she got an opportunity to work as a secondary school English teacher for the Ministry of Education, Sultanate of Oman in 2002. A year later, Dr. Seema quit the job and joined as Principal (Pre-Primary and Primary) at Thane-based All Saints High School, and since 2006, took over as the principal of the whole school. Today, she leads DPS International Ghana as its principal. She also has been a master trainer and resource person from 2016 to 2021.
