Prime Minister Modi To Launch SEMICON India 2024 Today

According to the PMO (Prime Minister Office), PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate SEMICON India 2024 today at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. The event, which aims to highlight and advance India’s semiconductor policies and initiatives, will include more than 250 exhibitors and 150 speakers, bringing together prominent figures from the semiconductor industry. 

The conference, which will run from September 11 to 13, will spotlight India’s strategic vision for the semiconductor industry. 

PM Modi Chaired The Semiconductor Executives’ Roundtable​ 

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Modi hosted the Semiconductor Executives’ Roundtable at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg in Delhi. He emphasised that executives ideas would not only influence their businesses but also shape the future of India. PM Modi further mentioned that the basis of the Digital Age and the day is not far when the semiconductor industry will be the bedrock for even our basic necessities.

Minister Pralhad Joshi announced that India will host the second International Conference on Green Hydrogen from September 11-13 in New Delhi.
