1. Cancellation and Refunds – Digital Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your digital subscription, you may cancel within the first 30 days of purchase by writing to us at info@tradeflock.com. Upon approval, please allow up to 28 business days for the resolution and refund process.
- Refunds apply to Digital Subscriptions only.
- The refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis, and the unused portion of the subscription will be refunded.
- All applicable banking/payment gateway charges will be borne by the customer.
2. One-Time Purchases – Reprint Rights, Profiles & Advertisements
For services such as reprint rights, feature profiles, and advertisement placements:
- If a client chooses to cancel after confirming participation, but before full payment, a minimum of 50% of the agreed amount is chargeable. This is to cover the reserved editorial slot and the commencement of editorial activities.
- In cases where the full payment has been made and the client backs out later, only 50% of the amount is refundable, as the editorial process and resource allocation are already underway.
- No refunds will be issued if the physical magazine has entered the development or printing stage.
All cancellation terms for such services will also be governed by individual confirmations shared by the clients at the time of onboarding.
3. Changes to Content or Access
TradeFlock reserves the right to modify or amend digital content and services at any time. In the event of temporary price adjustments or content restrictions, no refunds will be provided for such changes.
4. Cancellation by TradeFlock Without Prior Notice
In rare circumstances, TradeFlock may cancel an order without prior notice. Customers will be notified via email or phone. Reasons for such cancellations may include (but are not limited to):
- Use of unauthorized e-cash
- Fraudulent orders (e.g., made by hackers)
- Orders deemed invalid or submitted under false pretenses
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.)
Refunds in such cases will be processed to the original mode of payment and will remain at TradeFlock’s sole discretion.
