Refund Policy

TradeFlock magazine believes in and strives to build a strong client and reader base that is satisfied and happy with its services. We aim to provide the best possible experience to everyone, therefore presenting an unbiased cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase then you can cancel your subscriptions at any time within the first 30 days of subscription by writing to: info@tradeflock.com, Please allow us up to 28 business days to resolve and issue a refund. Please note that this refund is only applicable for Digital Subscription. The cancellation shall be processed on a pro-rata basis, i.e. and the amount of the un-serviced subscription will be refunded via the mode of payment. You shall be responsible for any charges that are payable, including any processing or other fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider.

For a one-time purchase, Reprint Rights & Advertisements refunds may not be applicable if the physical magazines have already been in the process of development. The billing cycle and terms of cancellation may vary depending on the subscription plan and are covered in the agreement.

Changes to Content or Access

We reserve all the right to amend our digital products and services at any time. For instance, if we temporarily elevate the charge for content that you are currently paying, you may not receive any refund.

Cancellation of orders without prior notice

If the order is cancelled by us without any prior notice, you will be informed in writing or via a phone call. Your order might get cancelled for any or all of the following reasons.

  • e-Cash used
  • Order by hackers
  • An order made in a bad condition
  • A natural disaster in the town
  • Communal violence

All the refunds will be made to the account/mode that was originally used for the transaction. Refunding on the subscription will be issued at TradeFlock’s sole discretion.
