HumanAlpha Strategic Solutions

Building a Better World – for Brands & People

The best-selling author, philanthropist and public speaker, Sarah Ban Breathnach once said, “The world needs dreamers, and the world needs doers. But above all, the world needs dreamers who do.” The founder and managing director of HumanAlpha, Vijayashree Venkat is the perfect epitome of a dreamer who dares to dream and turn it into a reality. Vijayashree, who holds over 23 years of HR leadership experience is known for her resilience and commitment to creating unswerving brand value for her clients whilst developing the next line of leaders and empowering women.
Despite having worked for brands like Reliance, Mahindra, Arvind Brands, and Landmark Group (SPAR Hypermarkets), she had a deep passion to add greater value in her way to the growth of people and brands based on her expertise as a people leader. Just like it’s said, ‘if you really want something, the whole universe conspires in order for you to achieve it’; with Vijayashree, her luck and her passion were by her side and unexpected happened. She met her current co-founder and director, Mahesh Sheshadri, on LinkedIn. Mahesh comes with a strong technology and project management background from brands like Bosch, Misys and DRDO. “Despite our completely different backgrounds, we shared common values, common intent to make brands grow and common work ethics, which were so powerful and resonating that we decided to establish HumanAlpha,” reminisces Vijayashree.
