Can you share your journey from early career to global CEO at Tatvic, including defining moments?

My journey from technology consulting to global CEO at Tatvic has been shaped by pivotal experiences. Beginning as a technology consultant in Rajasthan, I swiftly transitioned to a business analyst role in Chandigarh, where I collaborated directly with the CEO, gaining crucial leadership insights. Since joining Ibibo Group, I have contributed significantly to business growth, notably by developing a real-time bidding product. At Google, I led product adoption initiatives and managed key partnerships, fostering growth in India. Now, as Global CEO at Tatvic, I spearhead the company’s global expansion across 17 countries, supported by an exceptional team. Each role has honed my leadership skills and strategic acumen, guiding me towards innovation and excellence in the dynamic realm of digital marketing and analytics.

What are your core leadership strengths, and how do you foster growth and innovation at Tatvic?

My core leadership strengths include datadriven decision-making, talent management, decisiveness, and active listening. At Tatvic, I leverage these strengths to drive growth and innovation. By scaling our existing strengths and carefully diversifying our offerings, we aim to expand into new markets globally, ensuring sustained success and continued value delivery to our clients.

How do you use these networks to stay updated with industry trends and foster connections? Also, how do you give back to the community?

Being a member of esteemed councils like the Forbes Technology Council and the Economic Times India Leadership Council offers invaluable opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and forge meaningful connections. Through regular events and meetings, I engage with peer council members, exchanging insights and expertise. I contribute by sharing my learnings and perspectives, fostering mutual growth and collaboration. Additionally, I leverage these networks to give back to the community by participating in initiatives aimed at driving positive change and supporting social causes.

What are your insights on the future of digital marketing, analytics, and cloud computing in global business leadership?

With extensive experience at leading firms like Google, I foresee significant trends shaping the future of digital marketing, analytics, and cloud computing, particularly in global business leadership. In digital marketing and analytics, personalisation and AI integration will be pivotal. Machine learning algorithms will power personalised customer experiences, boosting engagement and loyalty. However, amidst this, data privacy and compliance will gain paramount importance due to regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Businesses must prioritise compliance while leveraging analytics tools for insights. Cloud computing will continue to revolutionise operations, offering scalability and cost-efficiency. Adoption of cloud-based solutions at scale will enable seamless global campaigns and data processing. Additionally, the integration of IoT and big data will provide real-time insights, enhancing marketing strategies based on customer behaviour. In global business leadership, proficiency in leveraging these technologies will be vital. Leaders must invest in talent development to harness digital marketing, analytics, and cloud computing effectively. By staying updated with industry trends and fostering a culture of innovation, businesses can drive growth, reach new markets, and deliver superior customer experiences globally. Outside of work, what hobbies or activities do you enjoy, and how do you balance them with your role as a global CEO?

Beyond my role as a global CEO, I indulge in two passions: travel and technology exploration. Regular leisure trips to new destinations every quarter with my family expose us to diverse cultures and experiences. Concurrently, I dedicate time to experimenting with emerging technologies in my home lab, staying abreast of industry trends. Timeboxing ensures efficient management of these pursuits alongside my professional responsibilities, enriching both my personal and professional lives.
