As a serial entrepreneur, Arghya has continually pushed boundaries, building multiple successful ventures, including Desun Technology, Virtual Pathshala, Aahare Mon Restaurants, and Desun Academy. Desun Technology, under his leadership, specialises in creating tailored digital solutions that address unique client needs, such as those in the LPG sector, where technical reliability and user experience are critical. Whether founding Desun Technology, Virtual Pathshala, Aahare Mon Restaurants, or Desun Academy, my primary goal has been to create ventures that not only succeed but also empower others and leave a meaningful impact on society. However, one of the most significant challenges I’ve faced across all these ventures has been team-building. Finding skilled and motivated employees who share the company’s vision is both crucial and incredibly challenging. Building a strong, cohesive team is essential for success, and once that team is in place, it becomes the bedrock of the company’s growth. Despite the difficulties, the process of overcoming these challenges has been immensely rewarding. The satisfaction of seeing a united team bring a vision to life makes all the effort worthwhile, reinforcing my commitment to creating ventures that truly make a difference.

To succeed as a startup CEO today, essential qualities include a growth mindset, adaptability, empathetic leadership, and strong problemsolving skills. A CEO must be visionary, constantly seeking market opportunities, and flexible enough to pivot when needed. Empathy and recognition of achievements are crucial for motivating and supporting the team. In my role, I focus on driving growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering a positive culture through celebration and support. I prioritise understanding and assisting my team, ensuring they have the resources to succeed. This approach is key to leading a successful startup in a competitive environment.
