Wipro has officially appointed Nageswara Rao Koganti as Vice President and Global Account Executive – Health to spearhead its strategic global relationship with Humana. Koganti brings over 25 years of extensive IT leadership experience, specialising in digital transformation, enterprise delivery, and strategic sales.
In this new role, he will drive global growth initiatives and cloud modernisation across Wipro’s healthcare sector. This appointment marks a major homecoming for Nageswara Rao Koganti, who previously spent more than 14 years at Wipro in various senior global leadership positions. During his initial long-term tenure, he excelled as Client Partner, Delivery Head and Delivery Manager, managing a massive $100+ million P&L for top-tier global consumer banks and orchestrating complex M&A deal structures across Central America.
Before returning to Wipro, Koganti built significant executive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Delivery Officer at Trigyn Technologies, focusing on enterprise strategy and revenue growth. Previously, he held the role of Banking and Capital Markets Americas Delivery Head at Birlasoft, where he enhanced client relationships and large-scale service delivery.
Koganti’s background also includes four years as an AVP at Citigroup managing global fraud risk technology, along with early experience at Tata Consultancy Services. A graduate of Andhra University, he has expertise spanning international markets, including North America and Europe. This experience is expected to bolster Wipro’s strategic partnerships in the digital health sector.
