With this achievement, SMBT has emerged as the first institution in Maharashtra’s medical education and healthcare sector to receive this prestigious international recognition. The ‘Great Place to Work’ Institute evaluates organisations worldwide by closely examining their workplace culture and employee experience. The assessment focuses on key factors such as trust in leadership, respect, fairness, pride in work, and team spirit. SMBT successfully completed this rigorous evaluation process through the Trust Index Survey and Culture Audit. Employees across all levels including doctors, faculty members, nurses, and administrative staff actively participated and shared highly positive feedback. Based on these results, the certification has been awarded for the period from March 2026 to March 2027.
