Wipro Buys Good Home and Eva Brands for ₹256 Crore

Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has signed a deal to buy two popular Indian brands, Good Home and Eva, from TTK Healthcare Limited. Wipro is paying ₹256 crore for this purchase. This is Wipro’s 17th brand acquisition, showing that the company is working hard to grow its consumer products business.

Both brands are well-known in Indian households. Together, Good Home and Eva made a total revenue of ₹148 crore in FY 2026. This means Wipro bought them for about 1.7 times what they make in a year.

This deal helps Wipro enter new markets and fill gaps in its product list. Good Home is a household cleaning brand. It helps Wipro enter India’s ₹2,000-crore air freshener market, which is growing very fast at 12% to 15% every year.

On the other hand, Eva has made its place in the market for the past 25 years and is known for its legendary personal care brand. It is famous for its no-gas perfumes, underarm roll-ons, and talcum powder. Yardley is already owned by Wipro, which mostly targets older consumers. Making Eva its part will help Wipro target teenagers and younger women in India’s massive ₹5,000-crore fragrance market.

Wipro plans to keep both brand names the same. However, Wipro will use its massive delivery network and stores to sell these products to more people across the country. Wipro Enterprises made a total revenue of ₹10,800 crore in FY 2026, and this new deal will help it grow even bigger.
