What key corporate world lessons shaped your entrepreneurial journey?
I walked into the corporate world thinking it was a career path, but it turned out that it was my entrepreneurial boot camp.

Then came the reality check: nothing goes as planned. Adaptability became my greatest asset because in business, “unpredictability isn’t a setback—it’s the game.” I watched leaders make bold, calculated risks, and I realised that the smartest moves aren’t gambles—they’re strategic leaps. The biggest lesson I would say is that Leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about influence. People, especially today’s workforce, don’t follow authority—they follow a vision. And when I finally built something of my own, that lesson made all the difference.

I don’t see leadership as a position but as a responsibility. My job isn’t to dictate the future but to empower those who will create it. That means putting students first, allowing my team to innovate, and staying adaptable in an industry that never stops evolving. “Innovation isn’t a product of perfection— it’s a result of fearless experimentation.” I encourage students to embrace challenges, take risks, and learn from failures because that’s how real progress happens. Leadership, to me, is about inspiring others to think bigger, push boundaries, and build something that lasts.
