Surya Madhav

Techlogic IT Solutions

In a world where technology evolves faster than we can blink, one question haunts the industry—are we truly preparing students for the future? A recent study reveals that only 45% of Indian graduates are employable in technical roles, highlighting a massive skill gap. But while many see a crisis, Surya Madhav sees an opportunity. As the Managing Director of Techlogic IT Solutions, Surya Madhav is working to bridge the gap between education and employability. With years of corporate experience, he understands that success isn’t just about degrees—it’s about adaptability, innovation, and real-world skills. His leadership isn’t confined to classrooms; it extends to industry collaborations, hands-on learning, and a future-focused curriculum that ensures students don’t just survive in the job market—they thrive. With a deeply human-centred approach, he believes that education should empower, inspire, and transform. Whether AI-driven learning, immersive technologies like AR/VR, or cybersecurity training, his vision is clear: equip students with skills that matter. In an era of uncertainty, leaders like Surya Madhav don’t just react to change—they drive it. And in doing so, he’s shaping not just careers but the very future of India’s IT landscape. TradeFlock interviewed him to dive deeper into his vision and strategies for redefining IT education for the next generation.

What key corporate world lessons shaped your entrepreneurial journey?

I walked into the corporate world thinking it was a career path, but it turned out that it was my entrepreneurial boot camp.

"I quickly learned that success isn’t about knowing everything; it’s about knowing the right people. Relationships open doors that résumés never will"

Then came the reality check: nothing goes as planned. Adaptability became my greatest asset because in business, “unpredictability isn’t a setback—it’s the game.” I watched leaders make bold, calculated risks, and I realised that the smartest moves aren’t gambles—they’re strategic leaps. The biggest lesson I would say is that Leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about influence. People, especially today’s workforce, don’t follow authority—they follow a vision. And when I finally built something of my own, that lesson made all the difference.

How does Techlogic ensure students are job-ready in today’s fast-changing market?

At Techlogic, we don’t just teach skills— we engineer futures. The job market moves fast, and so do we. By working directly with industry leaders, our students don’t just learn theory; they tackle real-world challenges before they even graduate. We shape problem-solvers, not just job seekers. From AI to cybersecurity, we train indemand skills while honing the soft skills that make great professionals—communication, adaptability, and leadership. “Unpredictability isn’t a setback—it’s the game,” and we prepare our students to play it well.

"With hands-on internships, hackathons, and a powerful alumni network, Techlogic IT Solutions doesn’t just help students find jobs —it makes them impossible to ignore"

What leadership philosophy guides your mission to shape students and the IT industry?

I don’t see leadership as a position but as a responsibility. My job isn’t to dictate the future but to empower those who will create it. That means putting students first, allowing my team to innovate, and staying adaptable in an industry that never stops evolving. “Innovation isn’t a product of perfection— it’s a result of fearless experimentation.” I encourage students to embrace challenges, take risks, and learn from failures because that’s how real progress happens. Leadership, to me, is about inspiring others to think bigger, push boundaries, and build something that lasts.

What exciting innovations and expansions are planned for Techlogic in the next 3-5 years?

The future of Techlogic isn’t just about keeping up—it’s about leading the way. We’re building AI-driven learning platforms that adapt to each student, bringing AR and VR into classrooms for immersive learning, and expanding specialised cybersecurity and data science programs. But innovation isn’t just about technology; it’s about people. “The real impact of education isn’t in what we teach—it’s in how we prepare students to shape the future.” That’s why we’re scaling our reach, strengthening industry partnerships, and prioritising mental well-being alongside technical skills. With national and international expansion, a stronger alumni network, and deeper community engagement, Techlogic isn’t just growing—we’re redefining the future of tech education
