Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), a leading FMCG powerhouse, has announced the appointment of Vivek Mittal as Executive Director – Legal and Corporate Affairs. Mittal will officially join the company’s management committee on March 25, succeeding Dev Bajpai, who had announced his early retirement in October.
Currently serving as Global General Counsel at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Mittal brings over 25 years of extensive legal and corporate experience. His career spans leadership roles at renowned companies such as Danaher Corporation, Lupin, Reliance, Radico Khaitan, India Bulls Group, Caparo India Operations, and Mount Shivalik Industries.
With his vast expertise, Mittal is set to strengthen HUL’s legal and corporate strategy, driving governance and compliance for the FMCG major.
