ZebPay, a crypto asset exchange, announced hiring Geetika Mehta as a chief human resource officer (CHRO) on Monday. Before this, she was the Chief People Officer at Jubilant Industries and has played leadership roles in OYO, PUMA, Urban, and Ladder.
Here, at ZebPay, she will be responsible for designing and implementing people strategy, cultural transformation, talent management initiatives, and transforming ZebPay into an organisation in the upcoming days. ZebPay has tripled its headcount in the past year and is planning to hire more engineers to continue building industry-first products.
