My journey into mobile and web application development was fueled by a lifelong passion for technology. From the moment I first interacted with a computer, I was captivated by the power to create and innovate. A high school programming course transformed that curiosity into a clear direction, leading me to a field where the possibilities felt limitless. The ability to impact millions through intuitive, beautifully designed applications inspired me to dive deeper. Key lessons, such as the vital importance of understanding user needs, embracing collaboration, and relentlessly pursuing knowledge, have shaped my path. Agile methodologies, meticulous attention to detail, and active community engagement have enriched my career and strengthened my resolve to innovate and continuously make a lasting impact.

What was a major challenge in establishing MVD-TECH, and how did you overcome it? Did your family play a role?

Establishing MVD-TECH was a journey marked by significant challenges, each demanding innovative solutions and resilience. One major hurdle was convincing clients to shift from manual processes to automation—a leap many were hesitant to take. I overcame this by educating clients through workshops, offering pilot programs, and showcasing successful case studies. Another challenge was navigating unsustainable pricing, which I addressed by reevaluating our pricing strategy and introducing value-added services. Attracting top talent in a competitive market requires creating an attractive work environment and investing in employee development. Throughout these challenges, “my family’s unwavering support was my cornerstone,” providing emotional, financial, and practical assistance that enabled me to focus and persevere. My entrepreneurial journey has been profoundly shaped by several pivotal moments. During my undergraduate studies, a course in technologies like ASP.NET, Oracle, and Java ignited my passion for coding and problemsolving, setting the foundation for my tech career. Joining a startup right after college was another critical moment; it immersed me in the fastpaced world of entrepreneurship, teaching me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and vision. Launching my first venture, focused on automating manual tasks through technology, was a defining step. Recognising the potential of mobile technology further refined my path, leading to successful app development. “Embracing continuous learning and adaptability has been the cornerstone of my entrepreneurial journey, fueling innovation and resilience in an ever-evolving tech landscape.” Each of these moments has been instrumental in shaping my journey, equipping me with the skills and mindset needed to navigate and excel in the entrepreneurial world.
