Myntra, an online fashion retailer, has appointed a new chief human resource officer (CHRO) and elevated Raghu Krishnananda, who was the chief technology officer, to chief technology and product officer (CTPO).Â
Nagpal, under her new role, will handle the business’s human resource roadmap and also focus on enriching companies human capital.Â
Nupur has a rich experience of over 20 years in initiating and delivering organisational change, culture building, and delivering sustained business results across e-commerce, telecom and insurance industries. She has served in several leading companies like Amazon, Tata group, Virgin Mobile, WNS Global Services, and Prione Group of Companies. Before joining Myntra, she was leading the people to function for JAPAC markets as VP-HR at Sprinklr. Â
With the new member, Myntra aims to leverage the tech synergies and product function to get future-ready with a deep focus on such capabilities. Raghu Krishnananda, in his new role, is slated to provide unified strategic leadership and facilities for the enhancement of the organization’s technology vision, building future capabilities across the product, UX and engineering organization, while championing customer experience and ensuing product delight for users. Krishnananda has contributed significantly to building the tech platform and the overall growth of Myntra. Â
Lalitha Ramani, who served as chief product officer of Myntra for nearly two years before Raghu Krishnanada, has now decided to pursue an interest outside the organization.Â
With Nupur Nagpal’s appointment and Raghu Krishnananda’s promotion, Myntra announced the elevation of Achint Setia as a Marketing head. Earlier, he was the head of Social Commerce.
