Former BYJU’s executive and HR Head at PolicyBazar, Chetna Gogia is now appointed as the New Cheif Human Resource Officer at GoKwik.
GoKwik, an e-Commerce enablement company has appointed Chetna Gogia as the new CHRO. Here, she will be a key player in aiding to its growth path and complementing GoKwik all remote, people-centric culture.
Before joining GoKwik, she has worked with some leading organizations such as BYJU’s, PolicyBazar, and PayU payments. During her journey, she brought her expertise in the talent management process to attract, develop and high-quality talent on board.
With nearly two decades of experience, Chetna has collaborated with the leadership team to formulate key engagement strategies and solutions.
After working with so many organizations and having extensive experience of more than two years, Gogia is also looking forward to new opportunities, her statement suggested. She said, “I am excitedly looking forward to contributing with this thriving organization and further strengthening to remote culture as it was done by global tech companies like GitLab or Shopify”.
“We plan to take remote working to the next level and give employees the best. We want them to have the flexibility of working in the office, from home or by the seaside. Moreover, we will further aim to create an organizational culture where employees’ professional commitments don’t overpower their personal ones and offer people the balance, the liberty they desire in the new setup” Chetna added.
Currently working with 100 employees, GoKwik has been rapidly growing. The company recently was in the news of raising 112 crore INR in a Series A round led by Sequoia Capital India.
