Manish Tiwary to Join Nestle India as Managing Director 

Nestle, a Swiss multinational food and drink company, has named Minish Tiwary its new leader to oversee India operations. Manish has a long leadership experience, having enlightened two giants with his expertise, Amazon India and Hindustan Unilever. 

The Swiss Parent of Swiss recommended that Manish replace Suresh Narayana when he retires as Managing Director. Narayan has been a Nestle India chairman and managing director since 2015 and will retire in July next year. 

If Nestle India approves the nomination, Manish Tiwary, who resigned from Amazon India two months back, will become the company’s managing director. 

Manish joined Amazon India eight and a half years ago. Till now, he has been a key architect of the company’s explosive growth phase, during wihch Amazon India overtook homegrown rival Flipkart to become an e-commerce giant. 

Narayana, who is doing well at Nestle India’s leading FMCG company, has previously headed the company’s operations in different regions, including the Philippines, Egypt, and Singapore. 

However, the company has not disclosed anything about the new appointment, nor has Manish commented.
